Right Mindfulness is one of the Eightfold Path and considered as one of the three pillars of wisdom. Right Mindfulness refers to the practice of being fully present and aware of one's thoughts, emotions, and physical sensations in the present moment, without judgment. It means to be aware of one's body, mind and the environment. This practice is intended to help individuals develop a deeper understanding of themselves and the world around them, and to see things as they truly are.
